Step 1 – Push trigger-release lever
Push the trigger-release lever and pull the plunger arm back. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
The plunger arm will pull all the way back until the plunger leaves the tube. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
Step 2 – Remove tube
Remove the tube from the frame and attach your required nozzle. The nozzle should fit tightly and securely over the end of the tube.
Remember to cut the nozzle to the right size if necessary. |

|
|
|
|
|

|
Step 3 – Fill tube
Fill the tube with your desired material. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
Step 4 – Insert full tube
Insert the newly-filled tube back into the applicator frame, placing the nozzle-end in first. |

|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
Step 5 – Align tube
Align the end of the tube with the plunger and while holding down the trigger-release lever, push the plunger forward into the tube. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
Step 6 – Squeeze trigger
Let go of the trigger-release lever and squeeze the trigger repeatedly until the plunger comes into contact with the mixture in the tube. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
Your pointing and grouting gun is now ready for use! |
